if the repair fails within the warranty period please contact us in the first instance we will ask you to describe the failure mode then confirm your return by text or email the item will be examined immediately upon arrival and once the failure mode is confirmed you will be offered a re-repair or full refund which shall be at your discretion if you accept our offer of re-repair the item will logged onto the service desk and queued normally for no more than 24hrs you (the customer) will not be responsible for any return postage and once the fault is confirmed, you will immediately be refunded your postage costs * except where the item proves to be fully functioning in which case an invoice will be prepared and provided to you for tracked return postage the cost of which shall be based solely on the item weight
1/please note no offer of refund or repair shall precede a secondary examination
2/ further note that any attempt (by you the customer or a third party) to dismantle the
repaired item prior to re-examination will invalidate this warranty in full
*we will only refund postage costs for royalmail 1st class (signed) based on RM published costs at the time of sending
(not special delivery/24hr or 48hr)
